Partitions systems are used for sneeze guards and as dividers or pass-over sneeze guard. They allow the customer to visually inspect the food without providing physical access to the food.  Typically a partition separates the food prep area from the customers. The health dept. wants the partition to provide protection from the customers breath area (NSF has the breath area at 54-60" off the floor). We have two different manufacturing styles. The CRY series uses button & strap assembly. This allows us manufacture significant structures which all interconnect. They can be knocked down, shipped, and reassembled on site. The second method is the CRG assembly. These units are glued together at the factory and are shipped as an assembled unit. This constrains the size of each unit. There are four CRY styles, and four CRG styles. Each product-line has its own individual attributes, but common to all is that the customer does not have direct access to the food. The support post are behind the shield glass, so you have a continuous smooth shield. NSF certified when the correct height and end supports are used. GRG Construction (Glued) Cut Sheet= C400-Partition System Cut Sheet= C402- Partition System Cut Sheet= C408-Partition Cut Sheet= C458-Partition This partition system uses CRG construction.  No hardware other than the post boot. It has a 3/8" Crystal Clear vertical front shield. The support post are behind the shield glass, so you have a continuous smooth shield. NSF certified when the correct height and end supports are used. More information C400 Work Sheet The C402 partitions is similar to the C102 exempt it uses CRG construction. The the front shield is 3/8" Crystal Clear safety tempered glass and has a 10° slant. A NSF approved model with the proper height. The shield and top shelf are 3/8" Crystal Clear glass, and the support post are 1/2" Crystal Clear safety glass.  There are several standard heights and widths. The 4" shelf contributes to the overall sneeze guard height.  It allows a lower partition while still meeting health dept. requirements. The shield and shelf are 3/8" safety tempered glass.  Support posts are crystal clear 1/2" safety tempered glass.
